Andy was born in Monza in 1971. After secondary school he graduated at the Istituto d'Arte in Monza. He specialised in commercial art at the Accademia delle Arti in Milan.
At the same time he develops a passion for music, which leads him to learn to play the sax and the synthesizers. He becomes a member of the Bluvertigo, a band led by Morgan, characterised by an Anglophile sound mixed with electronics and applied to different musical genres.
After many years of tours, TV apparitions and bonds with record companies, Andy is now a versatile artist, who combines different expressive modalities: as well as painting large canvas in fluorescent colours, he writes soundtracks for contemporary dance and for the theatre, mixes new wave music of the Eighties and works as a DJ in many clubs.
Andy achieved important results as a painter as well: since 2006 he has been showing his works in many solo and group exhibitions, such as the very recent It's not only Rock and Roll, Baby!, dedicated to musicians who make use of different modalities to express themselves.
He currently lives in Monza, where he works in the wing of a former textile factory, converted by Andy into a workshop, significantly called Flu-on.
