Andrea Contin and his students is a collective exhibition including the graphic work of Andrea Contin and the paintings of the course assistant Kaitlin McDonough as they converse with the dynamic voices of ten young Americans artists participating in the Boston University Studio Arts Program at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Venice. The show consists, therefore, of a great variety of media including oil, acrylic, pencil, installation and video. Each work adds to the dialogue, with the diverse images and visions making the Galleria delle Cornici a true space of advanced research, full of opposing practices, excessive, fun, urgent, necessary.
