From 29^th July to 12^th September the 18Gallery in Shangai (China) will host a solo exhibition by Laurina Paperina. Drawings, photos and site-specific works will be displayed.

This represents another important result for the Italian artist who, in spite of her young age, has already shown in several international contexts. The exhibition is emblematic of the trademark features of her art: the comics superheroes are lampooned through an ironic and desecrating style. They make use of an immediate language, which aims at getting straight to the point, thus mirroring modern means of communication.
